The Association for Operations Management (APICS). For more than 50 years, APICS has been the global leader and premier provider of operations management education and information for individuals and organizations in production, inventory, supply chain, materials management, purchasing, and logistics. Since 1957, individuals and companies have relied on APICS for its superior training, internationally recognized certifications, comprehensive resources, and worldwide network of accomplished industry professionals. Today, APICS includes more than 50,000 individual and corporate members in 10,000 companies worldwide.
