Sonya Bush joined APICS in 2011 and just recently joined the Blue Ridge APICS board.  Sonya is currently employed as a Material Planner at Hershey Chocolate of Virginia.  Sonya has been with The Hershey Company for twenty years.  The Hershey Company is a global provider of a grand assortment of confectionary products and is widely known for exceptional chocolate products.

Sonya is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College with an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and Education.  Sonya is currently working on her MBA at Lynchburg College.  Sonya became an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional in April of 2011.  She is a member of Hershey’s SAP Superuser Network,  and has experience in  supplier relationship management, inventory management, MRO purchasing, MRP planning and production scheduling.   Sonya enjoys spending time with her family anywhere, but is especially fond of Smith Mountain Lake Virginia.
